On Saturday, September 3, The Homeschool Advantage led a team of 13 armed men to New Orleans to carry over 8,000 pounds of water, food, fuel, sanitation supplies, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to people stranded by Hurricane Katrina.

On Friday, September 9, two teams carried another 8,000 pounds of supplies to Louisiana. 

On Thursday, September 15, the final team carried supplies and tools to help families in the rural areas north of New Orleans.
